Hi, I’m Matt — the guy behind Driverseat Airdrie, proudly delivering transportation that’s actually enjoyable (yes, that’s a thing). I’ve spent my whole life in people-focused roles, from cruise ships to corporate leadership, and now I get to blend all that experience into a business built on service, reliability, and the belief that no one should feel like cattle being herded onto a bus. Originally from New Zealand — where rugby is practically a second language — I now call Calgary home. When I’m not out on the road with clients, you’ll usually find me refereeing rugby somewhere… any day ending in y, really. It keeps me fit, sharp, and occasionally shouted at — great training for running a business. At Driverseat, I focus on bespoke, private charter transportation for weddings, corporate groups, tourism, and organizations who want more than “just a ride.” I’m obsessed with details, allergic to hidden fees, and committed to making every trip smooth, safe, and surprisingly delightful.
