2026 Offer to Lease – Outdoor Arena Sign Panel

The Airdrie Regional Chamber of Commerce is pleased to once again offer our Chamber members the opportunity to advertise their business on one of the six sign panels located at the entrance to Ron Ebbesen Arena.

With high visibility at one of Airdrie’s busiest sporting facilities, this is a great opportunity to increase your business’s exposure within the community.

Important Information & Expectations

Current leases expire October 31, 2026. There are no automatic renewals. Businesses currently leasing a panel must submit a new agreement to be considered for the 2026–2027 term.

• Application deadline: Tuesday, October 13^th, 2026 at 4:00 PM
• Panels are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the Chamber’s approval.
• You will be notified and an invoice will be issued by end of day October 14^th, 2026 if your request has been accepted.
• Payment must be received in full within 48 hours of the invoice being issued and before the advertising panel will be installed/displayed.
• This opportunity is available only to active Chamber members in good standing for the entire lease term.
• The Chamber reserves the right to approve all advertising artwork before production and installation.

Location: 200 East Lake Crescent, Airdrie, Alberta Entrance to Ron Ebbesen Arena

Lessor: Airdrie Regional Chamber of Commerce

Lease Term: The lease term will begin November 1, 2026 and end October 31, 2027, terminating automatically on that date without further notice. There are no automatic renewals. A new agreement must be submitted and approved for any subsequent term.

Sign Panel Design & Installation:

The Lessee is responsible for all design, production and installation costs associated with their advertising panel.

All artwork must be approved by the Airdrie Regional Chamber of Commerce prior to production and installation.

Member Eligibility:

To lease an outdoor arena sign panel, the business must:

• Be an active member of the Airdrie Regional Chamber of Commerce;
• Remain in good standing for the entire lease term;
• Pay all Chamber invoices associated with the sign panel within the required timeframe; and
• Comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement and any applicable Chamber policies.

If membership becomes inactive or falls out of good standing during the lease term, the Chamber reserves the right to remove the advertising panel without refund.
